POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing team, flexing their creative skills to assist in developing demand-generation campaigns, social media content and graphic design to support various marketing channels within the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with the inventory maintenance and creation of new promotional marketing materials. The Marketing Intern will help support the implementation and growth of Solve’s eCommerce platform by utilizing their high attention to detail in their data analysis and market research efforts. The ideal candidate will exercise their strong communication skills, working cross-departmentally to collaborate on projects supporting various projects throughout the organization. **Must be local to Charlotte, NC – relocation expenses are not provided.**

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with developing inbound link strategies to drive traffic from relevant trade sites and directories
  • Report on demand-gen campaigns in a range of B2B & B2C channels, including: email, SEA, social media, webinars, events, etc
  • Monitor and evaluate a pipeline of qualified web leads to support the sales team
  • Creates and maintains social media and demand-gen campaign calendars
  • Create written and graphic content for Solve’s website, promotional marketing, social channels, and internal/external customer communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years into a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • 1+ years of hands-on marketing experience, using digital platforms, preferably Optimizely, Sitecore, or Adobe
  • Hands-on videography and photography experience
  • Experience using CRM or Marketing Automation platforms
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience using CRM or Marketing Automation platforms
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads

Hourly Rate for this position is: $18.25
