POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, the Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day workflow of the Inventory Department. This position will manage a small team of Inventory Associates, acting as a “player-coach,” and managing various hands-on warehouse responsibilities. The Inventory Supervisor will be expected to multi-task and lead by example, in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and customer service skills, as well as compliance in upholding all of Solve’s safety and quality standards. **The 3rd shift schedule for this position is: 8:00p - 4:30a.**
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise, train and mentor Inventory Associates to maintain high performance, in line with team metrics and KPI’s
- Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure inventory levels are accurate and consistent with system records and collaborate with other departments through the organization as needed
- Develop and manage cycle count programs, ensuring all items are accounted for, according to schedule and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and adjustments
- Monitor system generated reports and take action to investigate and correct any discrepancies or variances promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment and communicate maintenance needs, quality issues, or other situations that could impact safety, quality or productivity to the Sr. Director of Operations
- Identify opportunities for improvement to current warehouse processes and contribute to the development of new initiatives
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 3+ Years Warehouse experience
- 1+ Years Leadership experience
- Forklift Certified
- Proficiency working with warehouse shipping & receiving equipment
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook)
- Previous Team Lead Experience
- Experience having worked with bearings and/or power transmission components
- Experience having worked with Epicor Prophet 21
- Experience with Lean methodologies
