POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Graphic Design Intern will play a key role in bringing the Solve brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their high attention to detail, coupled with their creative skills being hands-on developing visual assets that support demand generation, social media, eCommerce, and sales enablement. The Graphic Design Intern will flex their strong multi-tasking skills, collaborating with the marketing team to design compelling graphics, assist in campaign development, and help maintain brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging creative deliverables. Must be local to Charlotte, NC – relocation expenses are not provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and produce visual assets for digital campaigns, including email, social media, web banners, and landing pages
  • Create graphics for product promotions, sales materials, and internal communications
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving Solve’s brand identity across all marketing channels
  • Support the creation of content for Solve’s website and eCommerce platform
  • Collaborate with the Product Management and Sales teams to develop creative concepts that drive engagement
  • Assist with photography, videography, and light video editing for marketing content
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets and marketing collateral
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming sessions
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years into a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects/Premiere Pro)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative thinking
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and content formats
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience designing for web, social media, or eCommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Sitecore)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Photography and videography experience
  • Familiarity with branding and visual identity systems

Hourly Rate for this position is: $18.25
