POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, the Inventory Associate is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits in our distribution facility. This position will support all inventory control initiatives, ensuring compliance with Solve’s established policies and objectives. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. **The 3rd shift schedule for this position is: 8:00p - 4:30a.**
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts/inventory adjustments, while maintaining documentation for each
- Perform individual part physical inventory counts for inside sales and purchasing
- Analyze and investigate inventory discrepancies (root cause analysis)
- Implement corrective actions as needed to reduce/eliminate discrepancies
- Identify opportunities for improvement to current processes and contribute to the development of new initiatives
- Facilitate inventory placement/movement/consolidation through stock put-away/receipt
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 1+ year experience in Warehousing and/or Inventory Control
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook)
- Experience having worked with bearings and/or power transmission component parts
- Experience performing Cycle Counts/Physical Inventory
- Forklift Experience and Certification
