POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the ReWork Supervisor, the Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling components based on engineering and quality standards that satisfy our customer’s requirements and expectations. Working in tandem with the Machine Operators & Warehouse associates, the Mechanical Assembler will ensure production targets are met, while always maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with basic mechanical assembly experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform day-to-day operational production assembly tasks such as build/assemble housed bearing assemblies and relevant functional assembly manipulation
- Work cross-functionally with other assembly and value-add departmental operations
- Basic machine operating functions
- Inventory and raw material processing actions throughout the department
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety protocols
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse or assembly work experience
- Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and terminology
