POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the VP of Integration, the Program Manager will play a critical role on our integration team, leading project management of the post-acquisition integration process; responsible for managing the full life cycle of multiple acquisition integration projects (both technical and business-oriented workstreams). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of holistic operational workflows and be able to flex their strong multi-tasking skills, toggling between various departments and projects to ensure a seamless acquisition transition occurs. The Program Manager will be business-minded and technically-savvy, utilizing their strong communication skills to collaborate cross-departmentally, and translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project management processes, methodologies, and tools
- Develop project charters, detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements
- Identify proactively and assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects remain on track and within acceptable parameters.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization
- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), build project management tools for quick & comprehensive integration reporting, and help prepare regular status reports for steering committee and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Act as the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) expert and provide guidance, training, and mentorship on project management best practices to IMO teammates and broader organization
- Conduct lessons learned session to identify areas for improvement in project management processes and methodologies and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management roles
- Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel to acquired sites as needed (up to 10%)
- Experience working in post-merger integration or business transformation
- Proficiency with tools like Visio, Minitab, or process modeling software
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies (certification preferred)
- Project management certification i.e. PMP, CAPM, PgMP, etc.
