POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, the Operations Process Supervisor will be critical in helping to organize, deploy, and support the tools necessary to facilitate the “One Solve Operating System” for operational excellence and execution. They will be a key leader in deploying the company’s key safety initiatives and participating in the Company Safety Committee and organizing and managing Solve 6S (Safety +5S) tools & training. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to develop organization-wide standard work and provide tools for problem solving to associates in the field. The Operations Process Supervisor will help push forward lean culture and thinking into the organization. They will help align the organization with a clear visual standard for the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster a Lean culture by partnering with teams across various departments to understand current processes and help teach Solve associates to identify opportunities to create efficiency
- Support the implementation of process integration through documentation of standard operating procedures
- Lead and oversee safety programs and initiatives across the entire distribution center network to ensure a consistent, proactive approach to workplace safety
- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Assist in driving the company-wide lean transformation by participating in Kaizen projects and helping maintain and deploy problem solving tools like 5 Whys, A3, etc
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 3+ years of overall warehouse/distribution center or manufacturing experience
- 1+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience creating Standard Work Instructions/Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience working with an ERP (preferably Epicor)
- Experience having worked in a high-volume, fast-paced production and distribution environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Experience working in the bearings and power transmission industry
- Experience participating in and managing EHS/Safety programs
